Well, I hope it is my last post on US Senator Larry Craig, the Republican senator from Idaho who got caught out for soliciting sex with a man in an airport bathroom. I should also add that he was caught out for having been arrested for it and for have pleading guilty to it.
I mention this again because there was a huge lead time where Craig was merrily going about his anti-gay agenda whilst none of this was being reported until a couple of days ago…
And then all hell broke out and the mainstream media and the Republican party couldn’t ignore it.
So, the latest, as hinted yesterday: Larry Craig has indeed resigned from the Senate, effective September 30th. Or at least, announced his intent to resign, if you want to get technical.
